Help CenterClick on the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen.
First, enter your email address if you have one, otherwise your membership number with "ca" at the front. For example, if your membership number is 123456, you would enter ca123456. Then click continue.
The next screen will request your password. If you’re an existing member, we recommend changing your password once you’ve logged in for the first time.
You can click ‘Forgot password?’ on this screen if you’re having trouble remembering your password.
