Help CentreWe send audiobooks to members on USB memory sticks via Royal Mail, delivered in special blue pouches. Each stick contains one audiobook and should be returned to us once you've finished listening, using the same blue pouch.
To return a stick, simply turn over the address card to show the Calibre Audio address and post it in any post box. Return postage is free.
Getting started
When you join, you may have indicated categories of books you'd like to listen to. We'll usually send your first book from one of these.
Once you return it, you'll receive an automatic allocation of three books to ensure you always have titles at home while others are in transit.
How books are selected
For most postal members, we continue to select books from your preferred categories and send them out automatically - when you return one, we send another without you needing to do anything.
If you'd prefer to choose your own books, you can manage your postal wishlist through My Calibre. Please see the following article for more information: How do I add books to my Postal List?
