If you have an email address
If you've forgotten your password and you have an email address, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password?" button on the login screen after entering your email or membership number:
You are then given two options.
A "Reset password" button and an "Email code" button.
The "Reset your password" button will send a code to your email and request that you input it.
Once you have inputted the code, you can enter your new password twice to confirm it, tick the checkbox if you wish to sign out of all other devices, then click "Reset password" to finish.
The "Email code" option will be a similar process where a code is sent to your email, but instead of resetting your password, this code will simply log you back into your account. Once you have logged in this way, you can reset your password from account settings instead.
