How do I update my email address?

To update the email address you use for your Calibre Audio account and receiving our marketing updates, please follow the guide below.

Login and click on the icon in the top left corner and select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu.

From there, head to the Email section and you will find a field filled with your current email address. You can then delete the old email address and enter your new email address into this field. A second field will appear where you will need to re-enter your new email address to confirm.

If both email address match, you will be able to save these changes by heading to the bottom of the page and clicking on Update. Please wait up to a few minutes for the changes to save before leaving the page or until the Update button turns grey.

Once complete, you can use your new email address to login to your Calibre Audio account or to recieve our marketing emails if you've opted in. To change your marketing preferences, please refer to the following guide:
