Help CentreMember reviews help other members discover audiobooks they might enjoy. Your written reviews and star ratings appear on each book's page, giving the Calibre community a way to share their thoughts and recommendations with one another.
Leaving a star rating
While a book is in your list on your dashboard, you can rate it out of five stars by clicking the desired star on its card. Your rating is saved immediately with no need to submit.
Leaving a written review
On the same card, click Leave a Review. A form will appear where you can:
- Choose how you'd like to be identified using the Username dropdown. Various options include your full name, initials, or anonymous ("Calibre Member")
- Enter a title for your review (optional)
- Write your review in the text box
Click Submit when you're ready. All reviews are checked by our team before appearing publicly.
Viewing your reviews
To view your reviews, click your profile icon in the top left corner of the page and select My Reviews from the dropdown menu. This page shows every book you've rated or reviewed. Reviews awaiting approval are marked with a Pending approval badge.
Removing a star rating
If you'd like to remove a star rating, go to My Reviews and click the currently selected star on the relevant book, this will then clear it.
Editing a review
On the My Reviews page, click the Edit button on any review to update the title or text. Edited reviews will be re-submitted for approval before appearing publicly.
Deleting a review
To delete a review, click the Delete button on the My Reviews page. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed. Deleting a review will also remove your star rating for that book.
